DESIGN SERVICES SUMMARY

PREP STAGE - DEFINE & DISCOVER

Initial consultation and briefing process. Determining the conceptual design direction and scope of work.

I) DESIGN

A_SCHEME DESIGN

Preliminary concept to establish the guidelines for a cohesive design strategy. A proposal is produced - with relevant style imagery, sketches and sample material boards to illustrate ideas. This will encompass space planning, bespoke joinery ideas, as well proposal of finishes and furniture.

B_DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Following Proposal Presentation this stage allows for further development and refinement of ideas. This includes further sourcing & specification of materials and products.

II) DELIVER

C_INSTALLATION INFORMATION FOR BUILDER

CAD Working Drawings documentation stage - to illustrate Detailed Design intent for Building Contractor, together with detailed Specification List of Materials and Suppliers.

D_REVIEW ROLE DURING BUILDING WORKS

This allows for site visits and responding to requests for information, to monitor progress and ensure 'Design Intent' is realised.

E_FF&E INSTALLATION

Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment specification schedule, ordering and overseeing installation. Bespoke item sourcing can also be commissioned at this stage.
